Driving instructions from Route I81:
Take exit 170 (route 309);
Get off route 309 at exit 4;
Turn left on to Rutter Avenue
Take Rutter Avenue to Pierce Street (Rutter becomes a one-way the other way)
Turn right on to Pierce Street
Drive to the end of Pierce Street (two blocks
Make a left on to Wyoming Avenue (rt 11)
Drive to 'Kingston Corners' (intersection of Market Street and Wyoming Avenue)
Turn right on to Market Street and watch for Sprague Ave on the left. 
   Driving instructions from route 11:
Drive to Market Street in Kingston then turn west to Sprague Ave on the left.
